7 September 2023; 15:20 - 16:45
Registration for a poster and abstract submission has closed.
If you have registered for the poster presentation: Please mount your poster according to your poster number before the poster session on Wednesday, and be present at your poster during the respective session for your poster number. Kindly remember to remove your poster before you leave on Thursday.
Posters presentations: odd numbers on Wednesday, even numbers on Thursday.
Poster Abstract Guideline
Please use our poster abstract template. Download here the abstract template
- The abstract must be written in English
- Save your abstract as .docx file with the file name: Abstract_Lastname_Firstname (e.g. Abstract_Doe_Jane.docx)
- In case you use a different text editor than MS Word, follow the guidelines mentioned in the template document and save it in a Word compatible format.

Deadline for sending your abstract: 06 August 2023 (extended deadline)
Poster size:
Our poster panels are suitable for A0 / A1-sized posters, portrait orientation; max width: 90 cm, max height: 120 cm
Please make sure that your poster does not exceed this size
Poster panel allocation:
A numbered panel will be allocated for each poster. Please ensure that you stand next to your poster during your session for discussion and questions.
Fixing of posters:
We will provide you with the material for fixing your poster on the poster panel.
There will be a prize for the best poster!
